RETURNS
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
1-To return merchandise,call 800-221-6506 and ask for Customer Service/Returns
2-Obtain an Authorization/Return Number
a) Requests for Authorization/Return Number must be made within 7 days of date of invoice of items you wish to return.
b) Items authorized to be returned must be received at the address listed below within 10 days of the date of authorization/
return number assigned
c) All returns must be shipped “Prepaid” to:

and the assigned authorization number must appear on all shipping labels
NOTE: No returns will be accepted without the authorization number on the shipping labels
and DO NOT ship returns to any of our other locations.They Will Reject It.
3-ONLY STOCK ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE
4-All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge if merchandise is in original unopened cartons
and factory seals have not been broken.
5-Returns in original cartons but opened and factory seals broken will be subject to a 20% to 50% restocking charge.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order call 800-221-6506-if order has not been shipped you will be issued a cancellation number.
If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. See returns above.
